Hawaii resident looking for Friends

Are there any other disabled here in Hawaii? Because I need to socialize. Or anybody who is planning to relocate to Hawaii?

A few years ago I had a blind-friend with whom I used to play Cribbage-game using cards that had Braille. Unfortunately that friend had to relocate to a different island, so I am at a loss now. But I still have the Braille cards.
