It all depends on the nature of the disability.

If you're paralyzed, sex therapy would be a better option since they can teach you techniques to find other erogenous zones you can stimulate to achieve orgasm.

If you're not paralyzed, I recommend Hitachi Magic Wand.   It has one of the strongest motors for any vibrator and it works well even if you're wearing Depends.

thanks daniel. we'll give it a go. got MS so legs spasm a lot and sensitivity reduced 'down there' so this sounds hopefull.

If you're strong as an ox and have trunk muscles, that looks like a great piece of equipment.

Having a C5-6 spinal cord injury resulting in Quadra paresis, that piece of equipment is useless to me.
