I too believe that things happen for a reason and that God kept me in this world all those years ago for a reason when He could've easily taken me up into His kingdom. It depends what kind of disability you have and what state you live in. I know that Texas and other states have tuition waivers for blind and deaf students, but you have to be certified as blind or deaf by the state and be enrolled in their vocational program.
