Brian has sent out sample letters for each of you to send to your legislators concerning MICASA and SSI Definition od Disability. It is up to each of you to decide to send or not send these letters, just keep in mind they effect all of us in the us. A very brief recap of each is: MiCASA, H.R. 2020, is a bill to create a national attendant program to offer people with disabilities the option of in home care instead of nursing homes.
